"Oh My Gawd! We Have a Blog........."

Welcome Breakfast of Champions to our brand new site where we'll be posting our rants, raves, pre-game checks, post game reviews, schedules, stats, etc., along with all sorts of necessary and/or unnecessary info. Hopefully this will help ease the congestion of spam in your inboxes, and still be able to keep in touch, and have everyone up to date. We will be checking the site fairly frequently, so feel free to leave any questions and/or comments in the comment box so we can post replies.

That said, welcome to the first post of the season.
I'd like to introduce everyone to your leadership squad.

Bonnie Lee no. 9
Height: 5'2"
Positions: handler, mid
Favorite Ultimate Memory: Callahan against Ottawa's Seven, or the into the wind push pass. (The look on Tom's face was priceless.)

Eric Lau no. 2
Height: 5'1"
Positions: handler, mid
Favorite Ultimate Memory: Either foot blocking myself or having the crowd @ Blender chanting for me to do "showtime".

Shawn Lee no. 12
Height: 5'10"
Positions: strike, mid, monster, reverse cowgirl
Favorite Ultimate Memory: Diving off a hill into a parking lot for the catch. It wasn't even a game, but there was a lot of blood.

*****

A brief blurb: Individually, we've been playing Ultimate for at least four seasons and have played for teams of various calibers. In recent years, we’ve toured competitively to various tournaments in Ontario, Quebec and the States.

Eric’s university eastern & national titles with Queen’s make up not only for the lack of height, but is also a great conversation starter with the ladies (or so he likes to believe). Whereas Shawn’s utter lack of titles is still not enough to deter the ladies from his never ending charm (or so he likes to believe). As for Bonnie, her best seasons may just be hiding up her sleeve. With a secured spot on Lotus & Lily (Toronto's number one women's team), her swills may just potentially do some damage...to the opposing team that is... ;)

Ultimate has taken a hold a big part in our lives, and it has always been good times when we’re out on the pitch. Hopefully, we can share not only our passion and knowledge of the game with you, but also a new and exciting experience this summer season.

Cheers!
Bonnie, Eric, & Shawn
