Itinerary: some tossing, warm ups, some drills, info about the season, scrimmage, cool down, food?
What to Bring: Cleats, water, discs, money for food?
I know Eric and Mike Jones are out of town and will not be able to make this. I'm expecting everyone else to make this. Let me know if you can't.
*If the weather is sucky, I will post a cancellation notice on our site no later than 3:30pm May 16th 2007 and we will reschedule.
